It is always exciting to have new creative at the agency. It is particularly fun when we have work that I think is so good. This week we have launched two campaigns that I think will really break through the clutter.
The first is for The Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), which represents more than 100 companies on the front lines of biopharmaceutical research. BIO member companies are committed to investing in, developing, and delivering biopharmaceutical breakthroughs that transform how we treat and cure patients with once-devastating diseases.
Running up to the 2016 election season, America’s biopharmaceutical companies found themselves directly in the crosshairs of the policy debate surrounding health care costs. Health insurers and political candidates alike saw biopharmaceutical research companies as easy scapegoats in their quest to assign blame for rising consumer health care premiums. Missing from the conversation was mention of the astounding progress being made toward treatments and cures of our most feared diseases–progress that was actually mitigating costs by reducing hospital stays and surgical procedures. BIO asked WHITE64 to develop a campaign advocating for the private sector model of funding medical research.
The second campaign is for Pentagon Federal Credit Union and it is PenFed’s first major television campaign. The goal was to raise awareness and highlight how their superior interest rates could help people do better financially. Memorable and unique within the banking industry, Great Rates for Everyone will ensure that no one doubts his or her ability to join PenFed and save.
